PLAIN-LANGUAGE TERMS / POLICY EDITION

Terms for using Giphit.

These terms form an agreement between you and TyberSoft LLC, operator of Giphit, when you access or use the service.

ACCEPTANCE + ELIGIBILITY

Using Giphit means accepting these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Giphit only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Do not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for your account.

Provide accurate registration information, protect your session and password, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership; Giphit receives a service license.

You retain the rights you hold in GIFs, stickers, images, videos, captions, posts, and other material you create or upload.
You grant TyberSoft LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, adapt for technical display, moderate, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide Giphit according to your settings and sharing choices.
The license ends when content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, legal, moderation, and prior-sharing requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Upload only what you may lawfully use.

You are responsible for obtaining rights and consent for the people, music, footage, trademarks, and other material in your content. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, non-consensual, privacy-invasive, or malicious material.
  • No impersonation, fraud, spam, malware, or attempts to bypass service controls.
  • No sexual exploitation, credible threats, targeted harassment, or publication of another person's private information.
  • No automated scraping or commercial reuse except through functionality or written permission Giphit provides.

SERVICE CONTROL

Giphit may moderate, restrict, or end access.

We may remove content or limit, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or the service, comply with law, or address security and operational risk. We may change or discontinue features as the product develops.

DISCLAIMERS + LIABILITY

The service is provided as available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giphit is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. TyberSoft LLC is not responsible for third-party content, services, links, or conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TyberSoft LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of Giphit. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

LAW + CHANGES

These terms may evolve with the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
