Members retain ownership of their original content. Giphit needs a limited service license to store, process, display, and share it according to the member's choices.
Copyright, impersonation, non-consensual media, and other rights reports can be sent through the legal contact channel.

AGE + SAFETY
Giphit is not for children under 13.
The service is intended for people age 13 and older. People under the age of majority in their location should use Giphit only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
A formal community-standards and enforcement system remains a required product gate before broad public scale.
